The presentation of health literacy, whether it is a matter of men or women, is an important part of us or those close to us because health literacy is important.

When symptoms are more severe, you will not be able to express your needs or feelings.

Recommendations : Prevent early by eating fish, doing activities that use your brain to think all the time, and being careful not to cause severe head impacts.

3. Ovarian cancer

Initial symptoms that are often found are abdominal swelling or rapid expansion, fatigue, tiredness, pain in the pelvis and abdomen, frequent urination, abnormal bowel movements, irregular menstruation. You should see a doctor immediately. Most ovarian cancers occur on their own. 10 percent of cases are caused by abnormal genetic material passed down from relatives.

4. Osteoporosis is more common in women than in men because it is related to menopause. Osteoporosis is also a cause of hip fractures that create suffering in daily life. Factors that cause osteoporosis include heavy smoking, regular alcohol consumption, calcium and vitamin D deficiency.

Tip : Prevention can be achieved by eating foods rich in calcium and exercising regularly.

5. Breast cancer 

found in people younger than 20 years old and up. The highest incidence in women is 50-55 years old. Early-stage breast cancer usually does not show any symptoms. It is usually found by feeling a lump in the breast or armpit. It may be observed from the size or shape of the breast that has changed from before. The nipple has a bump, is wounded, has lymph or a blood-like fluid flowing out of the nipple area. The color of the nipple changes significantly. You should see a doctor immediately.

Instructions : Easily examine your breasts by lying flat and raising one hand under your head. Use the other hand to examine every part of your breast, one at a time, starting from the outside and top of the breast, moving around the breast to cover every part of the breast, and gently squeezing the nipple. Observe if there is any abnormality coming out.

6. Cervical cancer: Common symptoms include abnormal vaginal bleeding that is not menstrual blood. There may be bleeding shortly after menstruation or bleeding in women who are in menopause, bleeding after intercourse or pain during intercourse, unusual vaginal odor, lower abdominal pain or pelvic pain that is not menstrual pain.
